PBWC at Outdoor School

The Powder Basin Watershed Council participated in this year's Haine's Elementary and Baker Elementary Outdoor School! Student's spend a week at Phillips Park learning outdoor eduction among the forested lands East of Baker City. PBWC provided hands-on, experiential learning opportunities leading both a watershed activity and a nature journal exercise. Approximately 150 students attended in all and spent their day rotating throughout five stations with an hour lunch break. Here are some of the beautiful journals created by the students.
